“Our product line is designed a certain way so you will receive wonderful long time wear. Also the jewellery has a warranty so always hold onto your purchase receipt for any required repair or replacement.”
“As a courtesy to our customers, if you lose an earring, we are able to provide you with the one side earring. Single earrings are sold based on availability. When requesting to Head Office, it is important that you indicate which side is lost as many of the earrings mirror each other.”
“When your jewellery requires cleaning, we recommend using only a mild detergent. Something gentle that you would find right under your kitchen sink, such as Palmolive or Ivory dish detergent works best. Dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. When jewellery is not being worn, keep free from dust in a closed box.”
“There is no guarantee how someone will react to our product line. Everyone’s body chemistry is different. We have had many sensitive clients enjoy our product line when previously they were only able to wear gold (10k & 14k). Our nickel-free sterling silver and nickel-free titanium earring posts offer a very high quality that can be enjoyed by those with sensitive ears. We suggest that you try a moderately priced item to see if you too are successful. You have nothing to lose but so much to gain! “With our Signature Collection line, we offer a warranty. During the first 6 months, there is a manufacturers guarantee. During this time, the damaged piece, along with the original purchase receipt is to be returned to Head Office by mail. It will be repaired or replaced at no charge to the customer. After the initial 6 month period, the warranty is extended for as long as the original purchase receipt is retained. A nominal fee of $9.99 + gst is added for replacement.”
“You must send in the piece along with your full contact details. After inspection by the Head Office, you will be contacted regarding the fee for either repair or replacement. A handling fee of $9.99 + gst, plus the applicable return shipping charge will apply. You may pay this charge via Visa, MasterCard or by sending a cheque.”
